Founded by Ryan Pennington on 7.7.07, Seven Development is a full service real estate company focusing on all aspects of retail commercial real estate. Ryan has spent the last eight years working for shopping center developers to build his knowledge and experience in leasing, development, construction, and property management to enable Seven Development to be an agile and effective player in the shopping center industry. 

Seven Development has the ability to provide quality representation of both Landlord’s and Tenant’s all over the country.  The company’s focus is always to act in the best interest of its clients in order to maximize returns for all involved. 

Ryan started in the commercial real estate industry working for Sandor Development Company for four years beginning as a marketing intern while in college and upon graduation became a Leasing Representative responsible for over one million square feet of shopping centers in the states of IN, OH, and VA handling all construction and property management duties.  Most recently, Ryan served as the Vice President of Sales & Leasing for Premier Properties USA, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing all of the leasing activities for approximately six million square feet of centers in different stages of development and construction.  In his short career, Ryan has completed well over 100 lease/sales transactions with national, local and regional retailers and restaurants.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN and is a licensed Principal Broker in Indiana and Georgia with plans to expand to other states.
